I am happy to announce that Southwest IALEIA will be offering training with Dawn Reeby on December 7-8, 2023, at Mesa Community College. Dawn will be teaching her 2-day seminar on Building a Crime Analysis Legacy With Excellence. Training flyer with the registration link is attached.

I would like to thank the Maricopa County Community College Police Department, specifically Officer Jim Hill, for his assistance and their partnership in reserving the training location for us.

In addition, this training is normally tailored towards law enforcement only, but Dawn will include concepts that are relevant to the private sector – security personnel. The Southwest Chapter has been continually working towards providing training that helps bridge the gap between law enforcement and private sector when it comes to crime analysis and threat towards our communities. Several of our Southwest members have worked high profile events like the Super Bowl and Waste Management Open during the past year. They understand the need to have open lines of communication with the private sector – security personnel. This training will offer attendees the opportunity to network and learn from both sectors as you grow your individual leadership skills, or currently supervise others.

Class size is limited to 100 people so please register as soon as possible if you are able to attend.
