Todd Hoyle, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission\nInvestigator Todd Hoyle has been employed with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission since 1998.  In his time with FWC, he has worked in uniform patrol, plain clothes patrol, covert operations, and investigations, where he has served since 2014.  He began his career in Central Florida before transferring to his current area in North Florida in 2004,  Inv. Hoyle graduated in 1992 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science.\n\nJessica Pfohl, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission\nJessica Pfohl is the Crime Intelligence Analyst Supervisor at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Division of Law Enforcement.  Before starting her career at FWC, she worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for the State of Florida, a Public Safety Analyst for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, and the Support Services Manager for the Atlantic Beach Police Department.
